About the Founder
Hi. My name is Beth Stanfield.
It’s 2022, and I am a successful attorney with a “dream job.” I work at an Amlaw 200 law firm, providing sophisticated legal counsel to business owners all over the nation and earning a salary consistent with my 18 hard-earned years of practice. I should be satisfied. I should be happy . . .
. . . But I am not. Something is missing.
Something is missing when the people I most love to serve cannot afford my fees.
Something is missing when you get to the top and see very few female multi-million dollar business owners.
Something is missing when the promise of freedom within the institution only serves to create more profound constraint.
Something is missing when the mission to help female entrepreneurs start, manage, and grow their own businesses is so much more expansive than what a traditional legal platform can support.
Something is missing when women continue to split and shrink themselves for the sake of a job, a paycheck, a deal, an opportunity—unable to operate in their whole intuitive, untamed, creative power.
